Job Description :
Responsible for processing hotel or tickets reservations by phone, letters & email.
Coordinating and following up with the contact points of various hotels or airlines to check for availability and confirmation of bookings received.
Processing and filling paperwork correctly.
Handling client concern within TAT.
Maintaining daily MIS and follow ups.
Skills required :
Basic excel skills: Data management / sort/ filter knowledge
Good oral& written communication skill
Basic computer knowledge- MS Office, internet and outlook
Strong interpersonal skills. Executing strong customer service abilities.
