|Job Description||:||The Sales & Business Development Executive provides customer support both to inside and outside customers, as well as selling or rental products/ services by establishing and keeping a line of communication with customers. This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and reports to Director â�� Sales & Business Development (India). The selected candidate apart from covering Gujarat, have to travel to Mumbai time to time to arrange appointment and meet various clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
ï�· Meeting prospective customers, build rapport and find out various requirements for second-hand equipment
ï�· Responsible for handling all aspects of his/her assigned accounts in the given territory.
ï�· Create sales or rental quotes for the customers, arrange meetings,
ï�· Prepare correspondence, and fulfills customers needs to ensure customer satisfaction including pre & post sales or rental activity.
ï�· Keep an eye on the upcoming and ongoing tenders of various E&P clients, drilling contractors, service providers etc. especially for second-hand equipment sales or rent.
ï�· Exchange dialogue daily with customers as needed.
ï�· Extensive visits with customers to obtain new business or to conduct courtesy calls.
ï�· Confer with customers by telephone/ email in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, etc.
ï�· Report to the concerned team on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
ï�· Attend seminars, exhibitions, presentations and business meetings
ï�· BE/BSc./MSc., MBA preferred
ï�· Age period 28-38 preferred
ï�· 5+ years experience in the sales of oil & gas capital equipment or with service companies
ï�· Must have strong organization and communication skills.
ï�· Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
ï�· Must be Computer literate with sufficient knowledge of words, excel and power-point
ï�· Ability to communicate findings effectively in oral and written English
ï�· Willingness to work as part of a team, contributing ideas to improve processes
